Mr. Adams has for twenty five years guided firms through periods of rapid change. His operating background includes CEO positions in retail and distribution companies, restaurants, food manufacturing, software, and construction companies. In addition he has served as turnaround consultant, or strategic advisor to firms in a variety of industries around the world, including distributed generation, privatized water, equipment manufacturing, bedding pack flowers, LTL trucking, restaurants, food manufacturing, wholesale food distribution, construction, real estate development, wood products, retail food, software, and medical imaging.
Much of Mr. Adams recent work has focused on the strategic development of companies building water and power infrastructure in United States, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, and in Latin America.
In the course of advising clients, Mr. Adams’s practice often includes guiding acquisition or divestiture of business units. Mr. Adams has lead acquisition or sales for public and private companies headquartered in or having operations, in United States, Asia, Latin America and Europe and has assisted with transactions having an equity value of $20 million to $2 billion.
He earned his BS degree from Willamette University, and his MBA from the University of Washington.
