Our Approach
We start projects knowing our involvment can influence culture. We begin projects with an informal assessment of the organization, its congruence with the company’s current situation, and the opportunities culture affords or inhibits. As we do our work, we seek to model good culture, effective assessment and decision making.
At times it may be appropriate to address cultural issues more indepth. This assessment could include a formal appraisals of management, employee survey’s, compensation program evaluation, evaluation of control/reporting practices, or consideration of organizational structure.
After identifying possible performance inhibitors/accelerators, we engage management in a frank discussion on issues and opportunities through structured reviews. Following these discussions key areas for change are highlighted. These recommendations often include coaching of key managers, team building exercises, workshops, or other similar steps. We work with a variety of associated consultants in these steps. We would work alongside management implementing these changes and evaluating progress being made.
