Our clients are typically shareholders seeking to guide change in a portfolio company.  Private equity funds,  private individuals, or most commonly  a multinational company in a joint venture with other international firms, are commonly clients. 

On behalf of these clients we have worked with a wide variety of business units, different industries, and sizes.  Most frequently, the project business unit is likely to have 3-5 shareholders; 1,000-10,000 employees; revenues of $100-$500 million dollars; facilities in various parts of the world.  Typically transactions being considered are between $100-$500 million.   

We also work with much smaller firms  (including startups) and significantly larger firms and transactions.
