Our Clients are typically shareholders who hire us to evaluate or support a business unit.  Private equity funds, or venture capital or most commonly  a multinational company in a joint venture with other international firms, are typical Clients.  These shareholders are seeking to evaluate or guide change in a portfolio company. 

Although there is no “average,” the project business unit is likely to have 3-5 shareholders; 1,000-10,000 employees; revenues of $100-$500 million dollars; facilities in various parts of the world. 

Typically transactions being considered are between $100-$500 million.   

We have also worked with much smaller firms  (including startups) and significantly larger firms and transactions.
